For returns/exchanges, please return your items to the address below – any shipping method is allowed and you do not need prior approval or to acquire an RMA number. Please send us a phone number or other way to reach you in case there are any issues.

If you are requesting a return for refund, please include your online order number with your item. All funds from a return will be refunded onto the credit/debit card, PayPal, or Amazon Pay account used to place the order. Refunds may only be issued within 60 days of the purchase date. After this time, you will receive only store credit on approved returns. We only issue refunds for items received by us in unworn and resellable condition. For quality and the safety of our customers, we cannot accept returns of perishable items. This includes all grain, hops, and yeast. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, or if an item was missing from your order, reply to any of the e-mails we have sent you, or please use the contact form below. A return/exchange or photo evidence may be required in certain circumstances. A contact phone number and e-mail address for the online store is also included on the packing slip in your order. Please have your order number handy to assist us.
