Sorry, we cannot ship beer. All items listed on our curbside pickup site are for pickup at our location (Bell's General Store) in Kalamazoo, MI.

We take back ONLY Bell's branded bottle and can returns, however, we ask that they are cleaned and pre-sorted into boxes to reduce the amount of contact our employees have with the bottles.

We can provide boxes upon arrival at the General Store if needed.

*The General Store staff has the right to refuse returns that are not clean to our standards.

Can I return or exchange something I purchased either online or at your General Store?

Please call 269-382-5712 for in-store purchases or contact us directly regarding online purchases.

Do you offer gift cards?

We do! We offer a physical gift card to be used at the General Store and/or Eccentric Café, and we also offer an online gift card, which can only be used online. More details are available here.

We fill all Bell's growlers and blank growlers, as long as they are clean. Please note that we do not have an in-house "growler cleaning" station and we have the right to refuse any dirty growler.
