Brewing Usage:  Dual Purpose

Aroma: Delicate Floral, Herbal

Alpha Acids %: 5.4-7.3

Beta Acids %:  5-7

Co-Humolone: 22-23% of alpha acids

Total Oil:  0.6-1.0 mls/100g

General Trade Perception:   The delicate floral and subtle herbal hop aroma contributions from Helga are an excellent compliment to malt driven ales and lagers.
