Brewing Usage: Dual purpose
Aroma: lemons, cherry blossoms, black pepper, bitter orange, mint, hints of tropical fruit and sappy, pronounced pear
Alpha Acids %: 12.0-14.0
Beta Acids %: 5.0-6.0
Co-Humolone: 40-42% of total alpha acids
Total Oil: 1.6 – 2.5 mL/ 100g
General Trade Perception: Great late addition or dry hop
