Sales Tax

The State of Michigan requires us to collect a 6% sales tax on all taxable merchandise and shipping charges for items being shipped within the state of Michigan. Shipping charges are taxed at the same 6% rate as required by Michigan state law.

Typographical/Shipping Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, shipping error, image error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Upper Hand Brewery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Upper Hand Brewery shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Upper Hand Brewery shall issue a credit to customers credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
