Pedigree: Hop Plant 01051 crossed with Zeus

Brewing Usage: Excellent bittering hop

Aroma: citrus notes, with grapefruit and orange. It is resiny, and spicy

Alpha Acid: 15 - 19%

Beta Acid: 5.5 - 8.0%

Cohumulone: 24 - 28%

Total Oil: 1.5 - 2.5

Myrcene: 30.0 – 55.0% of total oil

Humulene: 20 - 35% of total oil

Caryophyllene: 14 - 20% of total oil

General Trade Perception: Because of the high alpha acids best used for bittering

Possible Substitutions: Magnum, Millenium, Nugget, Warrior, Zeus

Typical Beer Styles: Big hoppy beers such as DIPA or Imperial IPA

Additional Information: It is resistant to powdery and downy mildew. Because of the high alpha less hops need to be used for bittering.
