Bell's Brewery selects the highest quality hops with the best aromas, oils and flavors for our beers. We have now brought these hops to you with our Bell's Select brand. These are the same hand-selected hops we use to make our own beers in the brewery.
Packaged in vacuumed and nitrogen flushed Mylar packaging to ensure the best aroma and stability.

Pedigree: Previously known as Experimental Hop #438
Brewing Usage: Bittering and aroma. Very aromatic, great for late or dry hop additions.
Aroma: papaya, orange, grapefruit, lemon, piney, spicy, pineapple, grassy, tropical fruit, citrus
Alpha Acid: 14. 0 - 16.0%
Beta Acid: 4.0 - 5.5%
Cohumulone: 38 - 45%
Total Oil: 1.6-2.5 mL/100g
Myrcene: 46 - 55%
Humulene: 14 - 18%
Caryophyllene: 8 - 12%
General Trade Perception: Best combined with other citrus hops for bitterness and Azacca for aroma
